Q - Will I get a tracking number with my order?

A - Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place the order, and a tracking email when the carrier picks up the package from the warehouse. If you don’t receive these emails, then please contact our customer care team at support@fierycosmetix.com

 

Q - Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

A - At this time we can only ship orders within the United States. However, we are in the process of creating a worldwide shipping operation to accommodate international orders. Stay tuned!


Q - When will I receive my order?

A - We process orders within 24 hours after they are received. And our carriers pick up orders from the warehouse Monday through Friday of each week. There are no pick ups on weekends or holidays. The shipping time after your order leaves the warehouse will vary depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. You can click on this shipping estimate chart to check the estimated shipping time for different shipping options and different delivery locations.


Q - How can I track my order?

A - There are 2 ways to track your order. You can click on this tracking system link to check the status of your order. Or you can visit the Order Tracking page on our website. 


Q - I didn't receive a tracking number. What do I do now?

A - You should have received a confirmation email when you placed the order, and a tracking email when the carrier picked up the package from the warehouse. It would have been sent to the email address (or cell number) that was used to place the order. Please check your spam folder to make sure your computer didn’t reroute the email message. If you didn’t receive these emails, then please contact our customer care team at support@fierycosmetix.com

 

Q - Can I change my shipping address? 

A - We always do our best to make those types of changes. However, the address can not be changed after the order leaves our warehouse. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@fierycosmetix.com

 

Q - Why is my order tracking number not showing any updates?

A - The system posts the tracking number right away, but it normally takes the carrier 24-48 hours to start reporting any tracking updates. If there’s still no delivery status after 48 hours, then please contact our customer support team at support@fierycosmetix.com
