  1. All products are shipped from our distribution center in Texas. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. The center is closed on weekends and major holidays.  
  2. Prior to shipping, the orders are processed according to this schedule:
  • Standard domestic orders: 24-48 hours
  • Expedited order (2-day & overnight express): same business day when received before 1:00 pm EST (excludes PO Box numbers, APO/FPO/DPO)

 

ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED

Lost packages

A package will be considered "lost" when the tracking system indicates that the package has not been delivered, and there have not been any tracking updates for at least 5 days. 

Please contact the carrier directly to get an update on the location of the package. 

Please contact our customer care team at support@fierycosmetix.com to report a lost package no later than 30 days after receiving confirmation from the carrier that the package was lost. 

 

Stolen packages

A package will be considered "stolen" when the tracking system indicates the package was "delivered" but it can not be found in the location where the carrier delivered it. 

Please contact the carrier to confirm the location where the package was delivered, and please contact neighbors to confirm they did not accept the delivery for you. 

Please contact the carrier, after your best efforts to locate the package, and file a claim for a stolen package. They will be able to reimburse the value of the item that was stolen. It’s important to track your delivery status and keep your receipts in order to file a complete claim.  

 

Return to sender packages

Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. The carrier can not complete the delivery when the address is incorrect or incomplete. The package will be returned to the distribution center, and our customer care team will need to contact you to confirm the address. Unfortunately, this process will delay your delivery.

 

International Orders

At this time we can only ship orders within the United States. However, we are in the process of creating a worldwide shipping operation to accommodate international orders. Stay tuned!
