Here are our exchange guidelines:

- One exchange per customer.
- Only exchange the same type of product (i.e., get a new lash or get a new liner).
- Value of the new product cannot exceed the value of the old product. Or the customer will need to pay the difference in price.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- No need to return the original product.
Defective items
We have a 30-day Satisfaction guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/refund for defective items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
