We are happy to exchange or replace a product, as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy, when a lash or liner doesn’t work out for you. 

Please contact our customer care team at within 30 days of delivery. And be sure to include the order number, email address and telephone number that were used to place the original order.  

Here are our exchange guidelines:

  • Only one exchange per customer. 
  • Only exchange the same type of product (i.e., get a new lash or get a new liner).
  • Value of the new product cannot exceed the value of the old product. Or the customer will need to pay the difference in price.  
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • No need to return the original product.  


Defective items

We have a 30-day Satisfaction guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/refund for defective items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Make sure to include in your message, your order number, email/phone that were used to place the original order, And an image of the defective/wrong item.
